We hold an active registration (VT-45400-V). Under Decreto-ley 9/2024 a new owner submits their own declaración responsable with a current municipal compatibility report. Our legal opinion is available in the Data Room; we recommend independent verification.

Is the revenue repeatable?

We show 3 full years of Booking.com history in the Investor Pack — occupancy per month, ADR, seasonality. Revenue has been stable across all three years.

Do I need to live there to run it?

No. Operations run on Booking automation plus local cleaning and maintenance suppliers. We hand over the supplier list and procedures; a gradual transition (3–6 months of support) is possible.

What about energy costs?

32 solar panels and 16 kWh of battery storage cover most consumption. Three years of electricity bills are in the Data Room.

Is there demand outside summer?
